Grains with Plum and lemon

Prepare 3 cups of grain of choice.
Quinoa or couscous would be good.

Into the cooking water add
8 Italian prune plums, pitted and diced

After cooking add
Zest of 1 small organic lemon
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Serve hot or at room temperature.
