2 cups brown rice
1 x 14 ounce can light coconut milk
1 x 28 ounce can red kidney beans
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups water
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, mix and set on low for 4 - 6 hours.
